You have the right to return your order or part of it within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, receives the order.

It will not be possible to exchange or return the following products:

  • Clearance or outlet item.
  • Made-to-measure, personalised or custom-made items (choice of name or any element expressly requested by you), once manufactured and even if not delivered, you may not cancel the order or request a refund, except in cases where there is a manufacturing or typographical defect attributable to Bottega Baby or its collaborators. This is governed by Law 3/2014 of 27 March (article 103) which amends the LOCM Art 45, in which it clarifies that the consumer’s right of withdrawal and refund cannot be applied.

To make the EXCHANGE of one or more products you must:

  1. Send an email to: hello@bottegababy.es indicating your order number and the product you wish to exchange.
  2. Fill in our withdrawal form which you can find here: WITHDRAWAL FORM.
  3. Place a new order with the item you want.
  4. Send us the article you wish to exchange together with the withdrawal form.

To RETURN one or more products you must:

  1. Send an email to: hello@bottegababy.es indicating your order number and the product you wish to return.
  2. Fill in our withdrawal form which you can find here: WITHDRAWAL FORM.
  3. Send us the item you wish to return together with the withdrawal form.

Consequences of withdrawal:

  • We will refund all payments received from you including shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
  • We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any extra charges as a result of the reimbursement.
  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods and checked that they are in perfect condition.
  • You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
  • You must return the goods by registered post or by a courier of your choice to:
